Conscious Nutrition: The Ayurvedic Way

This course introduces you to the foundational principles of Ayurvedic nutrition — a system that sees food not as a fixed set of rules, but as a living relationship with your body, nature, and inner rhythms. You’ll learn how to recognize your unique constitution, notice current imbalances, and make gentle, effective choices that support balance over time.
More than a course about what to eat, this is a journey of interoception: learning to listen to your body and respond with presence, clarity, and care. That capacity — rather than any specific rule — is where its power lies.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this course only for people already familiar with Ayurveda?

Not at all. This course was designed as a gentle, beginner-friendly introduction. You don’t need any prior knowledge — just curiosity and openness.

    Will I receive personalized feedback?

No — this is a self-paced course, so there’s no live component or individualized support. That said, it’s designed with depth and care, offering tools you can return to again and again.

Is this course focused on what to eat, or how to eat?

Both — but always with the intention of helping you listen within. You’ll explore how your body and digestion are affected by different food qualities, rhythms, and tastes, and how to make aligned choices that support balance over time.

What if I’m not sure which price to choose?

The standard price is 150€, but there are two reduced tiers (110€ and 70€) to support accessibility. You’re invited to choose the tier that feels most aligned with your current situation — no justification needed. Whatever you choose, you are warmly welcome.

How long will I have access to the course?

Once you enroll, you have lifetime access to the videos, reflections, and downloads — so you can move at your own pace and revisit anytime.

Can I gift this course to someone else?

Yes — just email me after purchase and I’ll help set it up for your recipient.
