Meet Your Instructor
Maria Galli is an educator and clarity-oriented practitioner specializing in human behaviour, self-leadership, and well-being.
She
holds a PhD in Management with a specialization in consumer psychology and has
taught at international business schools for over two decades.
Following
a personal health crisis, her work expanded to include Ayurveda, functional
approaches to wellbeing, and trauma-informed perspectives — allowing her to
bridge scientific insight with embodied understanding.
Today,
she supports people in reconnecting with their inner signals and cultivating
the conditions for clarity, integrity, and sustainable change.
