About Maria Galli

Maria Galli, PhD, is an academic and educator specializing in decision-making, creativity, and conscious leadership. Her academic career includes more than two decades of  teaching and scientific research on human behavior in Asia and Europe.

A profound personal experience, having gone through and overcome an autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's), marked a turning point in her life and led her to integrate science and spirituality in a new way, understanding that behind all mental clarity and every effective decision lies an inner state of presence and coherence. 

This quest motivated her to  train in wellness and trauma-focused coaching, combining rigorous research with a human, empathetic, and practical approach.

Since then, she has guided individuals and teams to live and create from a place of greater inner alignment through Volver a Ti (Return to Yourself), her platform dedicated to self-knowledge, transformation, and conscious leadership. 

Her work combines self-awareness and well-being tools with high-level thinking strategies, helping those seeking to transform how they work and how they exist in the world. This encounter between science, consciousness, and strategy is the basis of her approach.
