    Meet Your Instructor

    Maria Galli is a trauma-informed coach, educator, and specialist in human behavior and well-being.
    She holds a PhD in Management with a specialization in consumer psychology, and has taught at international business schools for over two decades.
    After a personal health crisis led her to explore functional medicine, Ayurveda, and trauma healing, she now helps others reconnect with their bodies and live in integrity with themselves—blending scientific insight with ancient wisdom in everything she teaches.
